Does Jordan Traditions draft home plans?
We have a number of plans that can be adapted to meet your needs, or we can work with you to draft custom home plans.

How long does construction take?
Most home construction projects take four to six months, but we would be happy to provide you with a construction schedule for your project.

Will we be able to reach you easily?
We are very involved in all of Jordan Traditions building projects, and our commitment to satisfying our clients is one reason that Jordan Traditions has such a great reputation. We will supply you with phone numbers to reach us, and we will also call you with updates on the construction process as needed.

Can I pick my trim, appliances, and fixtures?
You will have an allowance to pick all of these items. We recommend that you make a preliminary shopping trip for these items to determine if the allowance is adequate for the items you select. If not, you can either increase the allowance or consider changing some items to meet your allowance.

Who will clean up the site?
We will handle weekly clean up of the construction site, and will do a final clean up upon completion of the house. Additionally, we will level the lot so that it's ready for landscaping.

What about landscaping? Do you do that?
We can provide landscaping services for you, or you can choose to do that separately from our construction contract.
